4. Fantasy Contest Rules

IconFantasy operates skill-based fantasy sports contests with the following rules:

4.1 Contest Entry

• Lineups must be submitted before the contest lock time
• Once locked, lineups cannot be modified
• You may enter multiple contests simultaneously
• All contest rules and scoring systems are displayed before entry

4.2 Scoring and Results

• Points are calculated based on real player performance in actual games
• Official statistics from league sources determine scoring
• Statistical corrections may adjust scores after contests conclude
• Final results are determined after all games in the contest slate complete
• Leaderboard rankings are based on total fantasy points scored

4.3 Game Cancellations and Player Absences

• If a player's game is postponed or canceled, that player receives 0 points
• Late scratches and inactive players receive 0 points
• It is your responsibility to monitor lineup status and injury reports
• No refunds or adjustments for player absences or game cancellations

5. User Conduct

Users must comply with the following conduct standards:

• Do not engage in fraud, collusion, or unfair competitive practices
• Do not use automated systems, bots, or scripts
• Do not exploit bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities
• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
• Do not create multiple accounts or share accounts
• Do not use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions

Violation of conduct standards may result in account suspension, contest disqualification, or permanent ban.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on IconFantasy, including logos, text, graphics, software, and design, is owned by IconFantasy or licensed to us. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our platform

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• IconFantasy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service
• We are not liable for technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services

You acknowledge that fantasy sports involves uncertainty and that contest results depend on real athlete performance, which is unpredictable.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or use of IconFantasy shall be resolved as follows:

• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration
• Arbitration shall be conducted under applicable arbitration rules
• You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits

9. Account Termination

• Extended period of account inactivity

Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform immediately ceases.
